We also provide various tree preservation services such as root pruning and/or crown pruning that can be performed as regular maintenance or can assist in minimizing impact to trees during construction projects. We also offer various fertilization programs, disease treatments and pest control treatments that can protect your trees from disease or invasive insects. Xtreme Tree specializes in performing preventative care treatments for Emerald Ash Borer, Dutch elm disease, crab apple scab, oak wilt, hawthorn rust and more.

Des Moines Xtreme Tree Professionals are a team of Arborists and technicians which allow us to accurately diagnose your trees issues. We provide Arborist Assessments, TRAQ Assessements and Tree Inventory Services per customers request or as may be required by local municipalities permit processes (resulting from local tree preservation ordinances).

In addition to our tree and shrub services, Xtreme Tree also provides a complete line of lawn care services which include quality landscape maintenance, lawn and fertilization programs as well as landscape design and landscape installation.

We offer two types of Fertilization Programs for our residential customers that are designed to fit the customer's particular needs whether they are specific or seasonal.

Spring Fertilization

 

We utilize a slow release granular fertilizer applied during the spring months. This special blend is designed to feed your hungry lawn during the months of March, April and may. The fertilizer blend also includes weed control which will combat crabgrass.

Early Summer Fertilization

The slow release granular summer fertilizer is applied during the summer months. During the summer season, grass is growing and using stored nutrients.
